Cik Nad's Version of Tiramisu and nuts~

hello readers,

haritu tgk kat dlm cake boss, chef buddy valastro makes his own kebabomm tiramisu cake,for her customer actually..so aku pon dok telan air lioq je lann tengok,sabo je le..hahah..so esoknye aku pi serang aeon,bli some stuffs for making tiramisu~

meh tgk resepi bwh ni..





Tiramisu and Nuts

200 ml whipping cream
250 gm cream cheese (for those yg hantu cheese,bole letak bnyak sket!haha)
1/2 cwn gula halus
1/2 cawan air suam
1 biji kek span (aku pakai flavor coffee,konon nak match dgn serbuk koko,so tade rase mcm langit n bumi)
serbuk nescafe
serbuk koko
pelbagai jenis nuts-cashew/almond/macadamia...and chocolate chip (utk hiasan,tak letak takpe..tp sebab aku suka nuts,so aku tabor je)

Care-carenye

1.Putar pakai mixer whipping cream,cream cheese and 1/2 cawan gula halus...mixed smpai gebu gitu~
2. Bancuh air dgn serbuk nescafe
3. Potong kek span petak2 or ikot sukahati korang..haha and pastu rendamkan je dlm bancuhan nescafe tu tadi..rendam ala-ala Touch  N Go je,jangan sampai lemas pulak kek span tu..haha
4. Pastu letak kek span yg da direndam dlm bekas kaca (aku guna gelas tinggi je).
5. Pastu letak adunan w.cream+cream cheese yg da di mixer td,Pastu lapis dgn kek span n selang seli dgn cream cheese tu..
6. Dah puas melapis,kat atas skali yg ade cream cheese tu,bole tabor je cocoa powder ,cashew nuts n choc chip..Pastu masuk dalam fridge,kalo buat malam,makan esok pagi je,best jek~sejuk2..haha

nahhh daku bagi korg tenung betol2 smpe leleh air liur~
